1. Unless otherwise provided for in this Decree Law, the provisions concerning joint stock companies shall also apply to the limited liability company, and which are consistent with its nature. The Competent Authority shall replace the SCA wherever mentioned. 2. The Cabinet shall issue, based upon a proposal of the Minister, a resolution containing the provisions to be applied to limited liability companies in cases where the provisions of the joint stock company are not compatible with the nature of the limited liability company, without violating or conflicting with the provisions of this Decree Law. Such resolution shall determine the meaning of the related parties and the deals with regard to limited liability companies.
