1. The Trustee may request any data or information in relation to the debtor's property or business from any person who hold the possession of such information. Any person, who has information about the debtor's property or business, shall provide the same to the Trustee within ten (10) days from the date of request, including any documents and books of accounts in relation to the debtor. 2. The Trustee shall maintain the confidentiality of any information in relation to the debtor and refrain from disclosing the same outside the framework of the proceedings set forth in this Law, except for information required to be disclosed in accordance with the law, regulations or instructions of regulatory authorities. 3. If any person refuses to provide the Trustee with the requested information, the Trustee may escalate the matter to the Bankruptcy Court to determine the importance of the information that can be requested and order its submission to the Trustee.
