Practical map of UAE banks
Below is not a rating or a promise of opening, but a guideline for institutions from the CBUAE-licensed market. Products, onboarding and risk appetite are changing; Before submitting, the official register and conditions of a particular bank are checked.
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Emirates NBD, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), Mashreq.
RAKBANK, Commercial Bank of Dubai, National Bank of Fujairah; Applicability varies by business.
Dubai Islamic Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Emirates Islamic - products according to their own conditions.
HSBC, Standard Chartered and Citibank - profile and available products vary by segment and license.
Wio Bank and the digital channels of a number of traditional banks may be convenient for individual UAE companies, but automatic submission does not cancel KYC, activity restrictions and the bank’s right to request additional documents.

05
Accounts of foundations, trusts and holding structures
The bank must understand not only the founder and beneficiaries, but also the legal nature of the structure, the powers of the council, guardian, trustee or protector, the purpose of ownership and the rules of distribution. A passive structure should not look like a hidden operating company.
